The “Monmouth County Connection…Passports & More” is an innovative concept that was spearheaded by Monmouth County Clerk M. Claire French with the support of the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders. The mission is to bring convenient and accessible county government services to citizens of Monmouth County by providing a welcoming and service-oriented environment that is both knowledgeable

This ground-breaking new office will offer passports, passport photos, veterans’ IDs, free notary public services and notary swearing-in, and a wide range of other programs and services. With extended evening and weekend hours, convenient parking and easy access to public transportation, you can plug in to Monmouth County at the County Connection.
