PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FOR PARK DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
PURPOSE: Neptune Township is seeking funding through the Monmouth County Park Improvement Grant Program for “Welsh Farms Property- Park Improvements” located at 703 Old Corlies Ave. Neptune, NJ 07753 Block 3001 Lot 14, and;
PROJECT SCOPE: Neptune Township proposes to create the following new facilities at 703 Old Corlies Avenue: walking path, outdoor fitness equipment, bocce ball courts, picnic pavilion, and associated park amenities.
PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposed plan on June 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Neptune Municipal Complex 2nd Floor Meeting Room, 25 Neptune Blvd. Neptune, NJ. The meetings are also streamed live via townhall streams.
