The Neptune Aquatic Center will once again be hosting the Neptune “Try a Tri” this Spring, 2016. We are excited to be running this event on May 14th and hope that you, or someone you know, might be interested in participating this year! Last year we had several teams of teachers, friends, athletes and swimmers join the race and we hope to encourage some friendly competition again this year! This event is open to the public and is designed for all who are looking to get a great workout or try something new!
The Try-a-Tri is comprised of a 200 yard swim, 3 mile bike (route goes through the Gables Community) and a 1 mile run/walk on the track! All who sign up for the Triathlon receive a T-shirt and a FREE month at the NAC to use whenever they want (to train for the event or keep swimming throughout the year!
Preregistration is $25 for adults and just $15 for students!
