NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Neptune will be held on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. This will be a virtual meeting and no public will be permitted to attend in person. To access the virtual livestream go the Township web site at www.neptunetownship.org and click on “Stream Meetings Online” on the menu bar on the left margin of the home page, or go to townhallstreams.com/towns/neptune_nj. The meeting agenda will also be linked to this web site.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to allow the Township Committee to conduct an Executive Session and/or open session discussion on a potential litigation/personnel matter. In addition, the Committee will take formal action at this meeting including, but not limited to, the introduction of several bond ordinances and a resolution to formally close out the Sunshine Village Skatepark Project.
Public comments may be submitted via text to 908-415-3680 during the appropriate public comment portion of the meeting. Texts will not be considered prior to the date and time of the meeting.
The above notice is given in accordance with the requirements of R.S. 10:4-18.
