The regular monthly meeting of the Ocean Grove Home Owners Association will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2016 in the Ocean Grove Community Room. The Community Room is adjacent to the Pathway Market on Pilgrim Pathway.
The February meeting will be devoted to a discussion of RSIS and parking in Ocean Grove, and of Neptune Township’s planned application for a special area standard under the New Jersey Residential Site Improvement Standards (“RSIS”). This discussion was originally scheduled for the January meeting, but was canceled on account of weather.
We’ll open with a presentation on the regulations that apply to parking in Ocean Grove, how those regulations affect parking and development in the historic district, and the Township’s application for a special area standard. There will be ample time for questions and discussion.
