The regular monthly meeting of the Ocean Grove Home Owners Association will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2016 in the Ocean Grove Community Room. The Community Room is adjacent to the Pathway Market on Pilgrim Pathway.
The March meeting will continue the discussion of RSIS and parking in Ocean Grove. As promised at the February meeting, there will be discussion of, and a vote on, the motion submitted by Jack Bredin. The text of the motion is as follows:
“The OGHOA is in favor of the Neptune Township Committee re-filing an application for a waiver from the State RSIS Parking Standard for detached single-family houses only”.
