NOTICE OF ELECTION
To the Legal Voters of Neptune Township Fire District No. 1 in Neptune Township, County of Monmouth, New Jersey:
Notice is hereby given that an election will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at the Neptune Municipal Building (25 Neptune Blvd) between the hours of 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm for the purpose of voting on the budget and electing one (1) member for a term of three years to the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Neptune Fire District No. 1, Neptune, NJ.
Nominating petitions for prospective candidates may be obtained from the undersigned either by written request or in person between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm at the Board of Fire Commissioners Office located at:
230 Neptune Blvd 1st Fl
Neptune, NJ 07753
The closing date for filing such petitions with the Clerk of the Board of Fire Commissioners is on or before 3:30 pm prevailing time, Tuesday January 22, 2013.
