BOARD OF HEALTH OFFERS FLU SHOTS AT THE CENTER
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 10 FROM 9AM-12N
(FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED)
We are offering flu shots in conjunction with the Monmouth
County Board of Health. No appointments needed. Just bring your
Medicare card and proof of residency showing that you live in a
town served by the Board of Health. No charge for Medicare B
recipients.
All others will be charged $20.00. HMO’S are not
accepted.
You must be symptom-free from colds and/or any acute
illness. Call us if you have any questions.
