LEGAL NOTICE
To the Legal Voters of Neptune Township Fire District No. 1 in Neptune Twp., County of Monmouth, New Jersey.
Notice is hereby given that an election will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the Neptune Township Municipal Bldg between the hours of 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm for the purpose of voting on the budget and electing one (1) member for a term of three years to the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Neptune Fire District No. 1, Neptune, NJ.
Nominating petitions for prospective candidate may be obtained from the undersigned either by written request or in person. The closing date for filing such petitions with the Clerk of the Board Of Fire Commissioners is on or before 3:30pm prevailing time, Monday January 25, 2016.
