As we age, our prescription meds often increase and one doctor may not realize a medication that you are taking if another doctor has ordered it.
This program includes a discussion of prescription “do’s and don’ts”, followed by your own one-on-one personalized consultation with a pharmacist from JSUMC.

Pack up your medications in a ‘brown bag’ and bring them with you to the program. It just may save your life.
