Neptune Township Recreation hosted its Halloween Magic event on Friday, October 23 at Gables School. The event drew 80+ pre-K to fifth graders dressed in their trick or treating costumes and outfits. Some youth came to the event with a bag of goodies collected from NTEA’s Trunk or Treat that was held just before at the Middle School parking lot, doubling their fun for the night!
Those that attended enjoyed a fun and interactive magic show provided by Joe Fischer, followed by music and activities to burn off some candy selected by JoJo the Clown to round out a fun time. On their way-out attendees were able to collect a goodie bag of candy and a candy apple provided by the event sponsor Imperial Healthcare.
Thank you to the Neptune High School volunteers, Catherine Creelin who organized the high schoolers, and Maureen Ruotolo from the Recreation Committee for their help making the event truly magical for those that attended!
