Division Street Park Development
PURPOSE: Neptune Township is seeking funding through the State of NJ Green Acres Program for park development at Block 512, Lots 5, 6, 8-10, located at Corlies Avenue (between Ridge Ave and Atkins Ave) in Neptune, New Jersey.
PROJECT SCOPE: Neptune Township proposes to develop the following new facilities at the proposed Division Street Park: walking path, landscaping, and various park amenities. A concept plan showing the proposed improvements, preliminary cost estimate, and an environmental impact assessment for the project can be found at www.neptunetownship.org.
PUBLIC INFORMATION: The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposed plan on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 25 Neptune Blvd. Neptune, NJ 07753 as part of the regularly scheduled Council meeting.
