Community organizations joined MURC and First Pentecostal Church in supplying school supplies and health-related information to residents on August 30th at Liberty Park (Monroe Ave, Neptune).

Annual Independence Day Parade in Ocean Grove sponsored by the Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association. (Yes, there are two of each picture…computer gremlins liked them so much, they duplicated them).
Mayor Randy Bishop and the Neptune Twp Committee proclaimed June 26th as “Christie Rampone Day”. Christie is Captain of the USA Women’s Soccer Team. The only mother on the team (she has two young daughters), she and her team leave for London soon. Their first game this Olympic season is July 25th. Shout of “USA” “USA” were heard throughout the presentation. A six year old student from Wayside School belted out the National Anthem. Christie, who is a graduate of Point Pleasant Boro High School and Monmouth University, was presented gifts from her alma maters.
