NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Neptune will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2016, at 2:00 P.M. The meeting will be held at the Neptune Municipal Complex, 2nd Floor Meeting Room, 25 Neptune Blvd., Neptune, N.J.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to conduct a Hearing on the renewal of the Liquor License held by VPK, Inc. trading as Alpha Liquors for the 2016-2017 licensing year. The only formal action that the Committee may take at this meeting is to consider a resolution to enter into executive session for deliberation on this matter and to consider a resolution to renew the liquor license. No other formal action will be taken.
The above notice is given in accordance with the requirements of R.S. 10:4-18.
