Pursuant to updates in the OPRA legislation, the State has adopted a standard OPRA form.

Use of the new OPRA forms is encouraged, however, records requests may still be submitted in writing to the clerk’s office. If you wish to invoke OPRA, it will be required to include the certifications that are present on the new form for legal proceedings and commercial purposes.

Neptune Township is mourning the sudden passing of our friend and colleague, and committed public servant, Diana Pajak.

Diana was a fixture in our Township Municipal Building for over 22 years, most recently serving as Technical Assistant to the Construction Official and Departmental Secretary of Code & Construction.

Not only did Diana bring warmth, dedication, and positivity to our workplace every day, she also shared these traits with our residents through her unwavering dedication to serving the community.
