Construction Notice – Myrtle Avenue
Construction is scheduled to begin on Myrtle Avenue on Monday, May 5, 2025, weather permitting. Work will take place between West Lake Avenue and Monroe Avenue.
Residents are advised that cars must be removed from driveways and the roadway by 7:00 AM on the day work begins. Please park on side streets and do not park on Myrtle Avenue or within 100 feet of intersections.
Concrete curb, sidewalk, and driveway apron improvements will be made at various locations along the street. Once concrete is replaced in front of your driveway, you will not have access to it for approximately 72 hours while the concrete cures.
If you have an irrigation system, please mark out the locations of pipes, sprinkler heads, or any underground wiring prior to construction. After the concrete work is completed, you may test the system—if there are any issues, please contact the contractor for repairs.
